We worked with coodart to produce a branded handout for an exhibition they were attending. Following a recent industry survey, the idea was to present the results in the form of an infographic, that would reinforce not only the importance of simple and easy to use meeting room technology but the stresses associated with it.
After conducting research into the industry survey, we then reworked the findings into an infographic that resembled a heart monitor, to coincide with the health theme that tied in with the findings of the survey. The infographic was also paired with information regarding meeting room technology and the coodart offering – with a simple call-to-action for a free, meeting room technology health check.
Presenting the findings of a survey in an engaging way whilst making data immediately understandable to audiences can often be a challenge. We decided an infographic would be the most effective medium to deliver the message clearly but with impact and to also encourage lead generation. Whilst the infographic was initially designed for print purposes, we also repurposed the content to be used for a future online campaign.
